Olfactory thoughts

I was walking down a smelly subway when i remembered the thing about smell in Sir Isaac asimov's foundation novels. He says that for humans, it takes a while to adjust in another planet because of it's smell.

so , i believe our second problem after oxygen and nitrogen content on another planet has to be their smell.

If it's that tough for us to adjust to different smells, then i am glad and elated that i'm not a canine because canines have around 220 million olfactory receptors, whereas we humans luckily have much lesser.

So, the next time you wish you weren't born, think of a dogs smell senses [:D].

Unforeseen Setbacks

It has been 8 long days since i typed anything.

mainly because of L.E.D's Shorting out or because of frustrations with quadratic equations.

The sun was preparing for it's climax of the day when i decided to see "CHAK DE" for the 3rd time in 3 weeks. As i sat in the hall, i realized a HUGE no. of flaws which i didn't realize in the prior viewings. But i didn't want to ruin all the enthusiasm and suspense shrouding the mystery behind the story, so i started whistling and clapping till i could see my palm's pulsating veins.

then i returned and spent an uneventful night awaiting an uneventful morning to be followed by another.

Then i got a little frustrated with quad. equations.

so then

Amalgamation

After a Hectic week of fresnel lenses and photovoltaic cells, a late night on a saturday just to start something new like a BLOG seemed interesting.

One thing that i don't seem to get about blogs is "why" the site is patient enough to bear all sorts of stuff from everyone alive. well this was until yesterday. Today i had a moment of realization and decided not to try and realize the whole blog paranoia that i had.

so, here i am typing and thinking - trying to fill this blog with interesting stuff.

So, stay tuned
